Returns/Exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving the purchase. *No returns/exchanges will be accepted for any items if products and/or packaging are used, swatched, damaged, and/or tampered in any way. No exceptions.*

Original copy of the District Glow receipt/invoice must be present at the time of return/exchange. No exceptions. Return/exchange shipping costs must be paid by the customer. Unacceptable returns/exchanges sent back to District Glow will not be eligible for return nor exchange. The customer will be responsible for the freight charges if they would like the ineligible returned item(s) shipped back to them.
Shipping costs are only refunded if an error was made on the behalf of District Glow.
Refunds (less shipping charges) are only applied to your original method of payment. No exceptions.
***Sorry, we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges on products that are on sale. We also DO NOT accept returns or exchanges on orders that include a free product or discounted products as promotions (i.e. free product with purchase over $20). All discounted product sales are FINAL. Also, we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges on liquid lipstick, lip gloss, mascara, eyeliner, eye pencils, lip pencils, primers, liquid foundations, liquid concealers, loose powders, eyelashes, eye lash adhesives, makeup brushes, makeup sponges, SiliSponges, eye lash curlers, liquid body makeups, hair combs UNLESS they come sealed from the manufacturer, and the seal has not been removed or tampered with.***
Orders will ship same day to 1 business day once payment is received. Once shipped, we will send you confirmation via email and you will be able to track your package.
Free U.S. shipping on orders over $100. For any free shipping offers, we will choose which shipping service we utilize. We will use USPS, which is an "uninsured" shipping service. Selecting a USPS shipping service, and/or the Free Shipping service, means accepting the terms that "you" agree to ship an uninsured package. We will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages. We are also not responsible for delays from the shipping courier while the package is in transit. You may add Signature Confirmation to your package for an additional $2.50 to ensure you receive your package.
If goods were damaged upon receipt, you must email us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation. Please email email@example.com with the subject line "DAMAGED ITEM" and include your Order Number and photos to make a claim.
Please track your packages. District Glow is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. Packages may/will be left at your front door by the postal courier if no one is home to receive it. We have no control over what happens to your package once the postal courier delivers it. We do not replace or refund orders that are scanned "delivered."
If there is a problem with your package delivery or tracking number, please contact USPS directly.

If USPS Tracking confirms that the package was "Delivered", no refunds or replacements will be granted.
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, insufficient address, abandoned package, or refused package, you are responsible for the original shipping cost. This amount will be deducted from your order. Sorry, no exceptions.
